How long is shipping?
Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received. Tracking number will be provided once item is shipped.
Do you provide international shipping?
We currently ship within Canada and the US only.
How much is the cost of shipping?
We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50+. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15. (Canada and the US only)
Do you offer free local delivery?
We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY DROP OFFS. No minimum purchase required.
What if I am not completely satisfied with the product?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will refund your money back within 14 days of delivery. (Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable.)
What if I have an allergic reaction?
Please perform a patch test prior to application. Patch test should be done 24-48 hours before use. Should a reaction occur, please discontinue use.
How does the 2-in-1 Lash Bonding Eyeliner work?
With our 2-in-1 Lash Bonding Eyeliner, getting ready is now so much easier. Simply apply the eyeliner above your natural lash line, let the eyeliner dry slightly for a few seconds, then place the strip lash where you drew the eyeliner.
I am not good at applying liquid eyeliner. Can I still use the 2-in-1 Lash Bonding Liquid Eyeliner?
Applying liquid eyeliner is easier with the choice of our high precision felt tip eyeliner or brush tip eyeliner. If you still don't feel comfortable applying liquid eyeliner, we also have the option of our clear eyeliner. You definitely don't need to be an expert to apply this on.
Are your eyeliners waterproof?
Our eyeliners are waterproof. For optimal result, apply a layer on, let it dry slightly, then apply a second layer before putting on lashes.
Are your eyeliners wind-resistant?
Our eyeliners have been personally tested on the roller coasters at Canada's Wonderland. After a full day on the rollercoasters, the lashes still hold strong.
How long does the eyeliner stay on for?
Our eyeliners are all-day wear and stays on for hours.
How should I store my eyeliner?
Store eyeliner in a cool and dry place for optimal result.
How do I remove the eyeliner?
Eyeliner can be removed with any makeup remover. For best result, use an oil-based makeup remover.
Does the eyeliner expire?
Like most cosmetics, we recommend using the eyeliner within 6 months of opening.
Are the strip lashes cruelty-free?
All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We use high quality faux mink lashes that are made of Korean PBT and designed to 98% mimic real mink fur.
How do I check the fit of the strip lashes?
Lay strip lash on top of natural lash to check the fit, then trim if needed.
Can I wear mascara with the strip lashes?
We recommend not using any mascara to seal the lashes in. Doing so can damage your natural lashes.
Can I reuse my strip lashes?
With proper care, our strip lashes can be used up to 30+ times.
How should I care for my strip lashes?
Gently wash strip lashes with lash soap when necessary and allow to air dry.
How do I remove the strip lashes and eyeliner?
When done with use, gently peel off the strip lashes starting from the outer corner. Use an oil-based makeup remover to take off the eyeliner.
